Charitable Activities
The trust is proactive in supporting the parish of Grimston and Pott Row and it's residents. The trustees are open to receiving proposals from parishioners on new ways to support the village and it's occupants.
Emma Harvey Student Bursary
Every year the trust awards the Emma Harvey Bursary, named after the late Emma Harvey who was a valued member of the trust. The bursary is a contribution towards the costs of study materials for students who are continuing their studies beyond their A-levels or B-TEC Nationals and supports a three year course.
The bursary is open to residents of the parish of Grimston and Pott Row or those who attended Holly Meadows school.

Winter Fuel Grants
The trusts also supports parishioners struggling to pay their winter fuel bills.

If you would like to be considered for the fuel grant please use the contact us form, include your address and a brief description of your circumstances. All applications must be received by the clerk by 30th November.

All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
The trust regularly supports local organisations by making charitable donations, this takes the form of financial support, provision of assets or providing expertise.

Recent donations include a contribution towards the Holly Meadows climbing frame fund, supporting the Parish Council Platinum Jubilee celebrations providing land and seeds for the Jubilee Wood and in conjunction with Holly Meadows School providing a Christmas meal box for families in need.

Community Orchard
The trust created a community orchard for parishioners. The trees include apples, cherries, plum and cobnut and can be accessed from the north western end of Sugar Fen or the south western end of Pott Row woods.
